BIOGRAPHY

Sarah Doherty is a Professional Artist originally from Nova Scotia, Canada.  She works with a variety of subject matter, and has training in multiple mediums, having graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2006 (Bachelor of Fine Arts - Honours with Great Distinction).

Ms. Doherty has exhibited in Canada since 2003, and internationally as of 2012 - securing her first representation in NYC with the Agora Gallery from 2012 to 2013.  She continued her international representation through Fine Art Agent, Mr. Paul Calendrillo (formerly "Paul Calendrillo NY"; currently "Calendrillo Contemporary" of Miami) from 2013 to 2021.  Her gestural ink and watercolour drawings were of particular popularity with NYC collectors.

In addition to regularly exhibiting and offering finished works for purchase, Ms. Doherty offers custom commissions in traditional fine art media, as well as a variety of other design services -- all of which are viewable in her online portfolio.

She is currently based in Saskatchewan, Canada, with her husband, their son, and their bunny.
